WASHINGTON, Oct 12 (Reuters) – US President Donald Trump has tested negative for COVID-19 and is not contagious to others, the White House doctor said on Monday.

In a memo released by the White House, Dr. Sean Conley claimed that Trump tested negative on consecutive days using Abbott Laboratories’ BinaxNOW antigen test.

Conley added that negative results and other clinical and laboratory data “indicate a lack of detectable viral replication.”
