Three proposals for an author’s delivery on the occasion of the great New Year’s Eve dinner or the last days of Christmas holidays. If the provisions of the DPCM to contain Covid-19 do not allow dinner in Italian restaurants, restaurants come home of its customers with appetizing and original proposals.

Opens the dance Il Moro, the gourmet restaurant in Monza of the Butticè brothers, which combines the great Sicilian tradition with the Lombard one. From the boxes of typical Sicilian and Lombard products, like Raf, a Venetian of Milanese origin covered with a pistachio glaze from Raffadali, for sale in the attached Bottega, at the delivery and take away service in white gloves: the delivery of the restaurant’s dishes is done directly by the Moro in order to eliminate any risk of contamination.

Cooking gourmet dishes at home: this is the philosophy of Foodbeats, startup di cooking box born from the intuition of Matteo Rombolotti, who involved the chef and model Claudia Galanti. From the site, in addition to placing the order which then, thanks to a QR Code contained in the boxes, you can view and follow step by step the video recipes by Claudia, you can consult special contents in the Tip and Tricks section with lots of tips and curiosities related to the recipes and ingredients used in the different preparations. Your meal can be delivered within 48 hours gourmet with the safety of a packaging and a transport network capable of guaranteeing maximum freshness and food preservation. The menus are inspired by Italian tradition with a touch of internationality, from the use of spices such as curry, to chili sauce, to bao to malai kofta (Indian potato balls), each preparation draws its roots from Claudia’s travels and memories. The cooking boxes follow the seasonality and availability of ingredients, selecting quality suppliers and small artisans.

Three recipes that become a fun way to reproduce a gourmet kitchen at home: they are the new ones cooking box by chef Andrea Cutillo from Particular Milan, with doses for two people. Three cooking octopus with purple potato, Taggiasca olives and celery; Parmesan risotto with raw prawns, pesto powder, confit tomatoes and lime and Tiramisu Particolare, the flagship of the restaurant proposals, to amaze guests with a deconstructed tiramisu.
