It is one of the obligatory passages in the most famous beauty contest. Before parading on the stage of the great carousel of Puy-du-Fou, on December 19, the contenders for the title of Miss France must pass the famous test of general culture. The forty questions are to be discovered in our photo slideshow. So could you be Miss France?
40 questions and not one more. Through this test of general culture, candidates for the title of Miss France test the extent of their knowledge. From the history of France, to the major news of 2020, including culture and heritage, the contenders must be unbeatable on all themes. And for good reason, the general culture test can open the doors of the final to 15 regional Misses.
It is not enough to be beautiful and graceful to be crowned beauty queen. You also have to be witty. Science, politics, mathematics, history, geography, music, art or even sport, no field should have any secrets for young women. This year, the famous general culture test took the form of the traditional MCQ. Last year, the latter had been abandoned in favor of open questions. A somewhat confusing format which, however, had not disturbed Clémence Botino. Miss France 2020 had obtained the best score of 17.5 / 20. The candidates of the hundredth edition of Miss France will they do better than their former beauty queen?
