With a creamy filling and a crumbling dough, the patty (or patty) is a national success! Every cafeteria has its presence, as well as most celebrations.   • 1kg of wheat flour
  • 500g hydrogenated vegetable fat
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 gems to brush
  • Basil leaves for garnish
  • Filling
  • 1kg grated mozzarella cheese
  • 500g of tomatoes cut into slices
  • Salt and basil to taste
  • Pitted olives to taste

Preparation mode

In a bowl, mix the dough ingredients well until they come off the hands. With part of the dough, line pans. Add mozzarella, a slice of tomato seasoned with salt, basil leaves and an olive. Cover with the rest of the dough, brush with the yolk and bake until lightly roasted and browned. Remove and decorate with basil. Serve.

  • 300g butter
  • 1/2 cup of tea

  • 250g of finely chopped Italian type salami

Preparation mode

Mix all the ingredients of the dough and knead well until it becomes homogeneous. Divide the dough into equal sized balls. Line the dough with grease pans greased with margarine, leaving a little dough out of the pan to finish. Mix the mozzarella with sun-dried tomatoes, salami and salt and use a little of the tomato oil to add a special touch. Fill the pie with a dessert spoon of the filling, cover the pie with the dough and brush with the yolk. Bake in medium oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

  • 1 cup of ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup (tea) butter with salt
  • Grease margarine
  • 1 egg yolk to brush

Filling

  • 2 cups of broccoli cut very small florets
  • 200g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 chopped tomatoes without skin and without seeds
  • 1 can of sour cream

Preparation mode

Mix all the ingredients of the dough and knead well until it becomes homogeneous. Divide the dough into equal sized balls. Line with the dough, patty pans greased with margarine, leaving a little dough out of the pan to finish. Mix all the ingredients of the filling and fill the molds. Cover the pie with the dough that was out of the pan and brush with the yolk. Place in a medium oven, preheated, for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and serve.

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) milk
  • 1 cup of tea
  • 500g of boiled and squeezed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup (grated) parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup (tea) of wheat flour
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • Margarine and wheat flour for anointing

Filling

  • 1 can drained tuna
  • 1/2 cup of cream cheese
  • Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley to taste
  • 1 egg yolk to brush

Preparation mode

In a blender, beat the milk, oil, mashed potatoes, cheese, flour, salt and pepper. Add the yeast and mix with a spoon. In a bowl, mix drained tuna, curd and season with salt, pepper and parsley. Pour 1 tablespoon of the cream into the greased and floured patty pans, 1 spoon (tea) of the filling and complete with the dough until it reaches 2/3 of the capacity of the pan.

Take to medium oven, preheated, for 20 minutes. Remove, brush with the yolk and return to the oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Unmold and serve.

Ingredients

  • 45g of biological yeast
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 4 cups of warm water
  • 1 cup of tea
  • 4 cups of wheat flour
  • Margarine and wheat flour for anointing
  • 1 egg yolk to brush

Filling

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic
  • 3 chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green scent
  • 1/2 cup of chopped green olives
  • 1 cooked and shredded chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
  • 1 cup (tea) milk

Preparation mode

In a saucepan, place the oil, onion, garlic and fry until lightly browned. Add the tomatoes, the green scent, the olives, the shredded chicken, the paprika and let it sauté for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally or until the tomato is cut. Add salt and pepper and flour dissolved in the milk and stir constantly until it thickens. Remove from heat and let cool, stirring occasionally. In a bowl, put the yeast, sugar, salt and mix well until it becomes liquid. Add water, oil and mix well. Add the flour until kneading no longer sticks to your hands. Make balls and let rise for 20 minutes or until doubled in volume. Open the dough in the palm of your hands, put a little of the filling, close it into a ball, place it in greased and floured pies and brush with the yolk. Let rise for another 10 minutes and bake in the medium oven, preheated, for 40 minutes or until lightly roasted and browned. Remove from the oven, let stand for 5 minutes and unmold.
