Only recently it was announced that he was able to secure the title of “Germany’s best-selling small car 2020”. There are also lots of awards, including of course for the electric Corsa-e.

We don’t know whether Opel is simply in a party mood because of its recent successes or whether there are other reasons, but there is now a new special model for the bestseller. The good piece is called Corsa Individual and at first glance it attracts attention with a lot of red.

According to Opel, the special series should “inspire both sporty and comfort-indulged drivers with its design and inner values”. She wants to do this, among other things, with a paint job in diamond black with the mentioned red “design highlights”.

These include decorative clips for the rims, the radiator bracket and the mirror caps. Incidentally, the Rüsselsheim-based company packs two 17-inch wheels for you – one with summer and one with winter tires on / in the Corsa.

The Individual is based on the GS Line equipment and also offers a 180-degree reversing camera with parking pilot at the rear as well as seat and steering wheel heating. There is also the Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatible multimedia system with a 7-inch touchscreen.

The new special model is powered by a 1.2-liter gasoline engine with 100 hp and a 6-speed manual transmission. Opel promises an acceleration of 0-100 km / h in under 10 seconds and a top of 194 km / h. Consumption should be between 5.4 and 5.9 liters according to the WLTP.

“The Corsa is a real winner – the best-selling small car in Germany and winner of the Golden Steering Wheel,” says Opel Germany boss Andreas Marx. “With the exclusive ‘Individual’ special model, we are now making a very special offer to Corsa fans: top equipment particularly hot and sporty packaged, and at a special price. ”
