Madrid, Feb 15 (EFE) .- The Ministry of Health has reported that this Monday the distribution to the autonomous communities of the 483,000 doses of the vaccine against covid-19 from the pharmaceutical company Pfizer-BioNTech scheduled for this week has begun .
According to the Health statement, in February a total of 1,779,570 doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine will be received “and in March we have a forecast of 2,705,040 doses.”
During the month of February, Spain will receive more than four million doses of the three vaccines that are currently licensed: Pfizer-BioNTech, AstraZeneca and Moderna.
Spain already exceeds one million people with the complete schedule of the vaccine against covid since the first dose was administered on December 27.
Specifically, since the vaccination campaign began, the two doses have been administered to a total of 1,000,845 people, according to the latest data from the Ministry of Health.
