The recipe for lasagna with sweet potato, spinach and ricotta

The ingredients for 4 people :

  • 12 lasagna sheets
  • 200 g ricotta
  • 3 sweet potatoes
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • 20 cl of fluid cream
  • 20 g grated Parmesan
  • 2 handfuls of spinach leaves
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons of pine nuts
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • salt pepper

The preparation steps:

1. Preheat the oven to 210 ° C (thermostat 7).

2. Peel and slice the sweet potatoes. Steam them for 15 minutes.

3. Immerse the lasagna sheets in a large amount of boiling salted water. Let them poach for a few minutes then drain them. Then sprinkle them with a tablespoon of oil.

4. Mash the ricotta with a fork, stir in the nutmeg and the rest of the oil. Add salt and pepper.

5. Cut the mozzarella into slices. Wash and wring out the spinach. Thin and finely chop the parsley.

6. Oil a baking dish. Add a first layer of sweet potatoes, then lasagna sheet, spinach, ricotta and finally Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper on each layer. Cover everything with mozzarella and parsley. Sprinkle with the fluid cream, sprinkle with pine nuts.

  • 5 sweet potatoes
  • 300 g of chickpea flour
  • 3 chopped onions
  • 300 g of cottage cheese
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
  • 1/2 package of baking powder
  • 1 green chilli
  • olive oil
  • salt pepper

The preparation steps:

1. Peel the sweet potatoes and grate them using a food processor.

2. Core and cut the small pepper into slices.

3. Chop the smoked salmon.

4. Whip the cottage cheese with the chopped parsley. Add salt and pepper.

  • 80 g grated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of fine salt
  • 1 level tablespoon of flour

The preparation steps:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (thermostat 6).

2. Peel the sweet potatoes then cut them into pieces. Then steam them for 15 minutes.

3. Once cooked, put them in a vegetable mill over a salad bowl.
