Preparation mode
First, mix the ricotta cheese, the cottage cheese, the parsley and the salt until it becomes a homogeneous mass. Then, make the dumplings with the help of two dessert spoons. Ingredients
- 1 zucchini
- 1 mandioquinha
- 1 sweet potato
- Coarse salt to taste
Sauce
- 1 cup of nonfat yogurt (170g)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped green scent
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation mode
For the sauce, blend all the ingredients in a blender for 1 minute. Transfer to a gravy boat and set aside in the refrigerator. Wash the zucchini, cassava and sweet potatoes and cut into thin, even slices.
Line the microwave dish with paper towels and place the sliced vegetables next to each other on the paper. Sprinkle coarse salt, turn on high power for 2 minutes. Open the microwave, turn the vegetables over and turn on for another 2 minutes.

- 600g medium potato
- Salt to taste
- 4 chopped garlic cloves
- 2 cloves of garlic with peel
- Frying oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for sprinkling
Preparation mode
Cut the potatoes into thick sticks. In a saucepan, cook the potato in boiling salted water for 3 minutes and drain. Place in a bowl with water and ice and leave for 5 minutes. Drain and dry with a dish towel. In a frying pan, fry the garlic clove in the oil until golden brown, being careful not to burn. Drain on absorbent paper.
