Start the second week of March 2021 vehicle restriction measures remain in force as the plan ‘Today No Circula ‘in Quito.   • THURSDAY: Plates ending in 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
  • FRIDAY: Plates ending in 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.
  • SATURDAY AND SUNDAY: Free movement.
